Boscombe Pier
The Boscombe Overstrand redevelopment sits at the heart of the UK’s most innovative seafront attraction: Europe’s first artificial surf reef. The Overstrand beach front complex, designed in 1958, is being transformed into a year-round leisure facility catering to watersports enthusiasts in the winter and traditional beach visitors in the summer.
Partnership were responsible for the implementation of extensive power, lighting, inturder and addressable fire alarms to the 130 meter long building. The project took nearly 2 years to complete with up to 10 engineers on site at all times. Our CCTV engineers sucessfully installed the CCTV system back to the central Dorset Police Control Room for Bournemouth integrating it into the town centre control room.
